Real hallucination?

I thought i'd drop my 2 cents regarding your disscution:
The whole argument started from the sentence ,,If you're aware you're on a drug and tripping then it's not a real hallucination" : if you are not aware you're tripping and hallucinating, how would you know u've seen unreal things? This makes everything u see real (in your head), thus it s not a hallucination for you anymore..

It s more of a logical pov, but it dosen't matter that much) ismene, u didn t answer to my thread question tho, so tell me if a drug ever made u feel the way u describe as the ,,hallucinating state"

Yes I had quite vivid open eye visuals on an overdose of DMT taken anally :D

I think anyone who's taken a reasonably high dose of LSD can testify that an image can at once be both a visual distortion and a hallucination.
