Try to understand after 35 years of being called a liar and a druggie, Im not so sure it will be any different here. Im afraid to go it alone. I really could use his support to back up my story.

Sufferedalone, please let me know what happened with your search to attain information about your issue with rapid methadone metabolization, as I am suffering from the same problem. You are the first person I've come across who deals with the same issue and I'm beginning to lose my patience with everyone around me acting as if I'm just insane or looking to get high. All I want to do is get over my addiction and at this point I feel beyond hopeless because, with the exception of a few hours per day, I have absolutely no quality of life :(
