It doesn't matter how often you fall as long as you get back up again.

I'm surprised that the people who produced medicines (other than for analgesia during general anesthesia) aren't being sued. Jannsen developed Sublimaze for that one specific use. Without the various patches, lollypops, soluble pills and whatnot, most people wouldn't have been exposed to fentanyl and it wouldn't have been accepted by a generation.

But the important thing is not to overdo the loperamide. On Opiophile a few people ended up taking 150-200mg/day and got hooked. Various bad outcomes resulted.

All the best to you. Quitting them damn/yummy opiates/opiods can be a struggle especially cold turkey, so much respect there but using some comfort medication will make the journey more bearable. Once again best of luck to you.
