New year resolutions

I plan to make sure I get back to 1hr solid workout each day. I’m doing alright right now, averaging 30-45min a day at the moment. But still a ways to go. The hard part seems to be maintaining this routine as I get older.

I also plan an attempt to get off buprenorphine this summer. Which takes a big long commitment of tapering and then jumping or using switching to short acting opis then Ibogaine. It’s gonna suck but I can tell I’m at that age where if I don’t try now I may be stuck forever. (It might already be too late.)

Where you taking that at? Honestly keep away from that lady who's in Holland, she has many dead folks to her name.

You seen the documentary "Detox or die"? I'd suggest you watch it & the following documentry after it. You can Google the people in the 2nd one as most are dead. I've heard the Psycho bitch who features in the 2nd part has even buried people and said they just vanished!!!

I would never take psychedelics from a traveling “healer.” And I am aware of how dangerous it can be (hence why I probably won’t go full flood, and taper down as much as possible) but will watch that documentary too.

THE person for ibogaine is Dr Deborah Mash, who did a load of poineering work around using ibogaine for treating drug addiction, at Florida uni.

It can easily suck up far too much time. I was recently semi-congratulating myself for having been using Facebook a lot less over recent times. The penny has only just dropped though, that I've simply switched back to using Bluelight much more instead. Which is no better, and possibly / arguably even worse.

Maybe setting myself social media (including forums) time limits would be a very good idea as a new years resolution. I'd possibly then end up using various types of porn much more instead though which would definitely be a step in the wrong direction too, so I'd have to limit that too. I definitely seem to have some kind of internet addiction thing going on. It is a double edged sword though, as it can be used for good as much as for bad.

Pure information / research would be allowed without limits. But ideally I'd want to limit the other types of use. Who am I kidding though? I can't really see myself doing any of this, although I should probably at least try. One day at a time and see how it goes.

Look you're a cool dude and most of these people on here are complete and total dickwads especially the ones from North America. Don't leave all right take your petty little resentments and drown them in drink and drugs it's a BL tradition
 
I will probably be drunk on new years holiday. Passed out. And back home too. Then it's championship sunday.
