I just buy any syringes I need at the local Wal-Mart pharmacy. You get a 100 pack for about 9 dollars.

theres a needle exchange in my area that gives out meth pipes, crack pipes, as many syringes as you want, narcan kits, they have everything http://www.peoplesharmreductionalliance.org/ check them out if you're in seattle

So I'm going to try the needle exchange today, I've been overusing my current points and I really should get some clean equipment. I feel pretty awkward in most new experience I go at alone, so this one seems rather daunting. Any advice?

Also cops don't post up and watch who goes in and out to try and catch them later, do they? My car isn't the most inconspicuous..

There are a few in Portland.. both downtown and east side, cops don't bug people at all around those few blocks, they want people to have clean needles more than the average folk considering how often they get poked searching perps.. google "outside in portland" for infos.
