And I'm gonna primarily be doing inspections for an aerospace manufacturing company, maybe a little assembly too. They're actually not gonna pay me shit at first (like I honestly haven't made such a low hourly wage since I was like 19) but there's gonna be a fuckton of OT and the experience/training I get here will allow me to go to another company and make bank after about 2 years without ever having gone to college a day in my life.

Recky I have worked in the aerospace field and have never witnessed so much incompetence in one facility. Of course your shop may be the exception. They liked working overtime and Sunday's too. The laser tracker looked like it would be cool to learn.

so im being sued and they froze my bank account 3 days before pay day :/
i'm filing bankruptcy, but because Monday is Labor Day, it probably won't be unfrozen until Tuesday and I have a big $0 to my name.

it's a credit card company that I never paid on from when I was using. You really can't escape your past truth be told. They added up my debt, and including student loans I'm at nearly 6 figures. Loans are like half of that though, and those don't get removed in bankruptcy anyway. I'm just grateful I'm in a position atm to file. It's incredible how much it costs to tell the courts you don't have any money.
The shitty part is though that it doesn't actually free up any money because everything I'm paying on now is still going to have to be paid after bankruptcy. It's just going to stop the phone calls and stop them from being able to sue me/garnish my wages.
As for the parade, i've never been to Chicago's but have always sort of wanted to go. My boyfriend was going to go this year with his friends (some gay, some straight). It looks likes a big party and who can resist that? Plus, I don't think there is a better place for people watching, which I can't resist.

yea i am ~25K in debt right now from student loans, im paying them off monthly right now tho, the payments suck and it forces me to keep this shitty job but on the flip side now tha i have possession charges and cant get federal loans i am not racking up anymore debt im just crawlin to a finish with my school
n yea that kinda what i was thinkin bout the parade/festival( parade actually sounds kinda gay..pun intended, who gives a fuck bout walking, the festival seems fun tho) sounds like a big party and thats why i had such a good time on the first day of classes b/c i love the people watching n the sensory overload of everyone around

sometime the openess of gay dudes is really uncomfortable, especially really flamboyant dudes but that doesnt make me a homophobe..i think it just makes me normal, i dont know anyone that can see that shit and be oerfectly comfortable with it. its gross seeing 2 dudes make out, i really dont have a problem with it cause we are all adults and what you do in your presonal life is none of my business and i really dont care, cause you do you and imm do me and thats it..but when its brought into the open and made my business, its just awkward..i was at a party down in louisville with my ex and a couple people who used to work for me.well shes on tjhe cheerleading squad and they have a bunch of guys on the team. some of them are straight and some arent. well that day at the party, i was a total out of towners witha couple of my friends. we dressed differnt and talked differnt and i guess juststood out compared to the rest of the people at that p[arty..no big deal though so we just were chillin mindin our own business playin spades when the most flambiyant gay black dude came up and literally yelled "so who brought the straight guys?" and we where llike WTF is every dide here gay? then the next thing the kid said to us was "so have any of you guys ever sucked dick.. do you wanna try it"...well i was literally freaked the fuck out with it and i ran over to the girls and was like give me your keys im goin back to your place. an d they where all like "why, what happened" and we told them and they laughed like "oh thats just tyrell, he does that to the straight guys all the time, even the ones that are on the team" and i was like i dont give a fuck im goin home..so our girls left with us and that was it. we just went and got smoked out and finished off a case but no joke, ive never been so uncomfortable in my life, i couldnt even sit at that party for 2more mins
