Opioids Methadone and methamphetamine

im on mmt- heroin addiction, now what happens if swim smokes a point of ice at 2pm, then 7pm he needs to take his daily dose of methadone (40mg)

havent smoke meth on it so yeah, will the comedowns be easy??

Will the comedown's be easy? highly dose dependent, drug dependent, patient dependent. Too many factors to be answered with a simple yes and no but I'll do my best anyways: No.

I used to do this combination daily and I always end up feeling like shit and too scared to take a normal dose of benzodiazepines out of fear of overdosing on the methadone/benzos. It's way too stupid, way too much fear and paranoia involved, at least these are my $0.02.

It really depends on what you get out of the methadone..... If your still in those first few weeks/months where methadone will get you pretty high still then it will make the meth feel calmer and the comedown wont be so bad. If your fully tolerant to the 'done and you dont really get any effect from it then it will just feel like meth usually does though you may have an easier comedown still.

I had some heroin this afternoon then had quite a large shot of meth about 4-5 hours after the H and its made the best feel a lot less jittery, a lot more calm and euphoric, the meth definitely prevails but I still get a hint of the H every now and then. Ive been doing both of these drugs for 7-10 years and ive tried them both together and seperatey many times but this is the first time ive felt it like this. Usually I have the H on the meth comedown and it pretty much stops all the effects of the meth but they are synergising quite well at this point, so depending on how new you are to these drugs and definitely how your body works then you could get a multitude of different effects from the combo. Older thread, but had to chime in on here.

I've been on Methadone for about 3 years...been on 80mg for over 1 1/2 years...and have been stable ever since.

I've used Meth 3 times during those 3 years...so once a year..lol

It's the exact opposite for me....I dose my methadone every morning between 6-7am...
Every time I smoked Meth when on Methadone...I wouldn't get the 'speed' effects...It surely does give me Euphoria...but I don't SPEED like I would before I was on Methadone.

Before I was on methadone...when I smoked Meth...I'd be twacked the fuck out speeding.

But the Methadone erases the speed effects of the Meth.

But let me say this, Methadone + Meth + Sex = The best time of my life.

I fucked on this combination before...and honestly it was A-MAZING.

It was SO good that, when I do speed on top of my 'done, I jack off for HOURS....it's just SO intense...

Methadone by itself kills my sex drive...but when I smoke meth on top....my sex drive goes up 100000000x...LOL

Combination of methodone, methamphetamine IV used, clonazapam put me into to respitory failure, I became unconscious, my lungs filled with fluid and my organs started shutting down. Was on life support for 7 days and lucky to be alive, this combination of substance was nothing new and had been done many times before, but take it one step to far and it's all over be careful it can turn deadly

I have used meth while on methadone maintenance and I will say this the comedown is not any easier at all and the methadone does not decrease the high in anyway

Add a benzo like Xanax in the mix and take your dose as you come off.

I would take meth maybe a few hrs after I dose in the morning. I'd let it ride all day until the next night I slowly come off and dose the next morning after being up for a day with some Xanax. This produces a great feeling and will give an opioid high you'll enjoy

Hey, we don't use SWIM here.

What will happen if you take your methadone while high on methamphetamine? Yea pretty much an easier comedown, and diminished effects from the methadone since it's a CNS depressant and the methamp is a CNS stimulant so you won't be feeling the full depressant affects from the methadone if part of it is going towards lowering the stimulating affects of the meth.

Why don't we use swim here?

Methylphenidate 35mg IR (or Vyvanse 40mg / d-amph 6mg XR) or Dexedrine 15mg IR


So….d-Methamphetamine is a great stimulant to add to Methadone

Better yet, pharmaceutical Desoxyn / Methedrine (d-desoxyephedrine hcl) + Methadone

I have never tried Methamphetamine but I’d LOVE to try it….if it was hi purity d-isomer. I’ve tried Vyvanse, Adderall XR , and Dexedrine IR (which are all very similar to Methamphetamine) …..but probably not even close lol, like smoking glass or injecting crystal Meth.
