Benzos Lorazepam vs Diazapam

Diazeapm just ticks most of the boxes for me where as lorazepam doesn't. Plus Lorazepam for me is too sedative. so diazepam over lorazepam any day

Man, this thread is making me want to try diazepam. I've read on various sites that it's one of the few benzos that can cause some euphoria. I've never felt euphoria with benzos but I'm curious, is diazepam worth a try?

Lorazpam but dont take too many cos u will black out.
Lorazepam is more euphoric i also get energy off it
Im kind of addicted to them i buy ten a week usually ten 1mg i miss days but i feel crap im gonna tell my psychiatrist next week see if hed add it on to my 20mg diazepam script
diazepam is like methadone off benzos whilst lorazepam would be the oxy off benzos
I will admit I am not a benzo addict and my usage of benzos is limited to a few times a month. I have done diazepam, lorazepam, clonazepam, lormetazepam and alprazolam. I take the usual therapeutic dosages and they knock me out pretty quick ( I don't take them all at the same time. I use one of them depending of what I feel like taking). I can't fathom how people can go about their daily life taking milligrams of the stuff. They just sap any energy out of me. and I don't find them recreational at all. Just good for sending me to sleep quick.

Lorazepam is stronger as in you need less to achieve the same effect than diazepam. I would also say lorazepam is better for anxiety.

Well, Diazepam is more an all-arounder: Sedating, sleep inducing, long acting, relaxing and anxiolytic. Lorazepam is at the very at anti-anxiety on the spectrum from anxiety-reducing/surpressing to sedating and sleep inducing. Onset is quick just like diazepam. Don't exactly know where either of those are in regards to their anti-convulsant properties, but they are certainly used. An anticonvulsant, mainly, however, with a long onset in the middle of the spectrum might be clonazepam and hen there are all the thienodiazepines such as etizolam, clonazolam, flunitrazolam and what-not which are just extreme...
Not everyone likes the lack of sedation in lorazepam and some people might even prefer clonazepam as it makes you feel "high" before you start to feel less anxious or sedated, though its onset is very slow.
Nevertheless, I would say lorazepam is one of the most addicting benzos. Daily 2 mg for 2 weeks and you WILL feel some sort of clear withdrawal, just like flunitrazepam. Very unlike diazepam or clonazepam, which you can take in almost astronomic doses for months before WD hits (though some docs and drug-"specialists" rather like you to believe 20 mg of diazepam for 3 weeks will get you addicted... nonsense, to be honest).

Oh actually the last bracket has "it" in it: that's precisely why diazepam is seen as sort of "evil", super-addictive-today. It is so effective but yet so little addictive/can be taken for so long time without WD as opposed to a lot of other benozs that it appeard to be an effective drug without any negative/addictive side effects and thus was prescribe from the 1960s just sooo much, it became THE benzodiazepine and THE drug for tension, stress and anxiety and thus lead to many addicts before manufacturers admitted it might cause addiction in some cases. Till this day it remains one of the most stigmatized BZDs.

Diazepam is mainly legs. But not that spectacular ime. Lorazepam at efficient dosages is nicer imo.

But Temazepam is my fav. And I prefer medium vs longer acting ones

How come i dont get any.anxiettyy relief from any benzo except alprazolam?

Ive taken many benzos in.high.doses and they all ďo nothing.
