July Getting/Staying Sober and/or Clean vs It's really hot, I want an icecream!

444 days clean for me today! Things are finally settling down with the GF, but I am not going to keep giving her the space she needs to heal. We are thankfully talking again which is very nice.

Oh and congrats everyone, Captain that is awesome and welcome back Star

Oh and totach, I agree with everyone else. Plenty of ways to stimulate a girl. I always get mine off with my hands or orally before having actual intercourse. Also, you could always try a cialis or something until you get your mojo back. Having Sex clean is weird the first few times, but nowadays it is way better for me.

Thanks and congratulations on 444 days that is absolutely amazing! :)

Today is going well. I am looking forward to jumping down next week. I still haven decided if I want to try to cut the .25mgs in half, find an alternative which I can cut down easier or if I should just jump off completely. I suppose the latter I could try first and see how well I hold out and if I get too strong of WD symptoms I can then try the other 2 options. I'm getting antsy being so close.

I read a ton of threads about tapering benzos and most of what I read recommended cutting the dose by 10% max each time. I haven't noticed much difficulty or symptoms cutting mine by 50% each time but who knows. All I know is I am damn excited to make this last drop down :).

a huge congrats to Phactor on 444 days-amazing.
CH-9 months is so great, and just knowing that these days are more than you have ever had before is awesome!!!
Smoky!! -co grats on 11 months, do you have something special planned for your one year ?
stardust-I'm looking forward to reading more of your posts as you continue your taper
you guys are all amazing
me-I'm having a shitty time right now and am hanging on to everyone else's hope
 
2 Days in being sober since I started having my seizures. It's not hard at all to stay sober, but it just feels different. I can do this.
 
Imtryin. That's a good question. I'll probably go out with some friends for my year, or a couple day vacation. I really need one. :)

First time I got clean I hung onto this and it did grow in time. <3

Im not sober this month, LOL

but im doing great, im atached to the rutine and time goes and goes, but im feeling good.

Maybe another cleaning periow would be nice. And focus a little more in to the exercice results, and the food.
 
I had a really cool night last night
My friend asked me to go to a nice new steakhouse with her so I agrees
Then all of my close friends showed up so I was like cool we can all eat together
Apparently they decided to take me out and celebrate my 6 months I couldn't believe it
It was such a nice feeling I can't believe they care so much about me that they would celebrate my sobriety
It's for real something I would have.never expected
So I'm feeling pretty good right now I just wanted to share my awesome experience with you guys

How sweet! Your friends must be so proud of your fight to get and stay clean... you are blessed to have them in your life!
 
Holy shit! Phactor and me basically decided to go straight at the same time. Meanwhile, I have spent thousands getting high, Phactor has been getting normal.
Congrats man.
 
Me to itchy I had like two weeks on phactor this time last year I made it two 4 months and relapsed but now I'm at about 6 months again ;)
July was good let's see if August can be even better!
