Is there a psychiatric consensus on animal torture fetish

There's lots of sick porn on the internet... But one thing you woudlnt' think was porn is stomping on kittens. It's called "Hard crush" and it involves stomping animals to death such as puppies, rats, or cats. On facebook I found a video of a woman dressed in S&M gear torturing a puppy. She nailed it to the ground through it's legs, poured boiling water on it, burned it with a iron and other things.

How do such things give people a boner? What sick mind would be sexually attracted to such a thing? The US and other countries have cracked down on hard crush, so most videos are made by foreigners. It makes you wonder what sick shit they're saying as they slowly mutilate and torture animals for a bunch of moral nihilists that get turned on by it. . Zoosadism, beastiality and animal torture porn do exist and mostly comes from foreign countries that have no animal abuse regulations.

But I'm sure zoosadism and the sexualization of it has been examined by the psychiatric world. Is there a theory or consensus to why people may be attracted to that sort of thing?

I thought it was simply called 'crush'? If it was a quick as them getting stamped to death wouldn't be half as bad as some of the sick shit that these people inflict for other peoples entertainment, sexual thrill.

When I first heard of it a while ago I honestly thought it was just one of these internet fairy tails that gets circulated - I was wrong.

Horrendous stuff indeed.

I'm attracted to women, lolis (but I'm working on trying to stop), and the idea of dressing up real pretty and having sex with a girl while cross dressing, and feet fetish, non-sadistic BDSM (i fantasize about dominating a submissive female partner, but no whipping, pinching or painful stuff or even bondage. I just fantasize about dominating an obedient sub but being compassionate at the same time)

But I think those things are a little different from killing puppies.

I think Alisdair means the same things that trigger your attractions trigger it in these people. They are beyond fucked up in my mind but well aware that there are all sorts of fetishes that arouse people.

I was just curious if the professional world had a theory behind it. We could always speculate on why and how their minds got that way.
I doubt people were born that way.
 
I doubt they were too. You could look in the DSM-V I guess if really want to know.
 
I can tell you why - they are sick. They are deviants. They are morally reprehensible. They are a step and a half from becoming serial killers. They were likely abused in any manner of ways. It will likely escalate from that to something even more vicious.

How can you complain about somebody making posts simply to push buttons when your doing the same? If you have a problem with his posts, report them through the system - a lot more constructive than making a post like this.

I personally think he is asking a very valid question in this post.
 
People who are into animal torture/killing - watching or performing are sick fuckers who will eventually torture and kill people.

Speaking as someone with a psych degree (but without specialization in psychopathology, so take what I say with a grain of salt)... There are a couple dominant explanations. There's the Freudian approach, which holds that various irresolvable conflicts are refracted through the construction of unconscious structures that shape sexual desire. And then there is the cognitive-behaviorist explanation, which holds that paraphilias tend to be set through classical conditioning early in life and function as a compensating method for social isolation and incompetence. Neither has a great deal of empirical support because these aspects of development are intrinsically difficult to observe and potential experiments unethical.

No idea, not a shrink nor have read anything on the subject. On a personal, layman's level, istm that it's the ultimate control/power trip, life or death in your hand, tho it has to go beyond that into sadism, watching something suffer, and knowing it's going to die. to me, that's so fucked up, that if i believed in Hell, that satan would be building a new circle just for people like this. As far as the performers for these videos, I dont know the psychology; I'd like to think that some of these people are just broke as shit and would do anything for money. Plus, you have to keep in kind that 'cute' animals like dogs and cats are nothing but pests and food in some parts of the world.

If you've ever seen a video of how fur and meat is obtained from animals (especially in developing countries), you've already seen an animal torture video, just not in a sexual context. one of the few things I cannot/will not watch.
 
This is fucking HORRIBE! I made the mistake of watching it and...can that be taken off of here???? I mean shit it's 3 girls smileing while they kick then stomp and stand on a puppy while it's whimpering the whole time =(.... People who are into this have problems, and as other people said will probly go on to kill people...most serial killers start off killing animals...How about they try to make a stomp video with those three girls in a room with two pit bulls trained to fight since they got so much enjoyment outta that, I doubt they will be smiling then. Please moderateraters take the video down, there is no reason for this to be on here, it's not fake, it's real.
