Way to resurrect that thread but I agree neutralizing stomach acid by the method you're hinting at is only one way to tip on the high end of oral bioavailability. The truth is BA for alternate ROAs for some medications far surpass oral BA hence why so many, particularly dilaudid, are misused. There are still good doctors left to find safe ways to manage medication needs ("needs" not "wants" cuz "wants" always seem to end badly or dangerously in the long run). Likewise there are still good chemists capable of concocting amazing drugs. The problem herein is when people with limited medical and chemical knowledge screw with things they don't understand but hey I don't know how my cell phone works and I still use it. I realized a long time ago I can never learn enough about anything I use and prescriptions are especially fascinating to me. I encourage everyone to learn more about things they love.
