^Hey Man that is some truly wonderful news. As far as I know and according to what I would consider pretty extensive research, the worst physical harm that chronic Opioid use can cause is constipation. For those who are unaware, you can die from complications related to constipation, but this is a side-effect that I would consider extremely manageable if you monitor it vigilantly.

If you are performing a proper CWE then you should not have to worry about your liver.

Pretty easy to manage if you're sensible about it though yeah. Movicol works a treat. Timing your doses so enough is out of your system for a morning shit is a good idea too.

As far as my liver goes I actually just had it looked at a week ago, also had bloodwork done and everything is good. I’m not stupid enough to go through that much norco without removing the acetaminophen!
