Yes but even 0.5% is nothing. You could drive after 10 of them and not even show up as a yellow light on a breathalyser.

I'm not sure the figures quoted are correct because some alcohol is absorbed in the stomach/ intestine before making it to the blood stream. I'd class it as totally sober when consuming non alcoholic beer or spirits.
