How Do You Usually Take Your Mushrooms?

  • A) Chew them up and suck on them sublingually before swallowing

After a few trials, I think I like eating them better than making tea. Of course it all comes down to what mood/kind of trip i'm in for. If I want a shorter acting, but harder hitting one I'll make tea. Eating them just makes the trip feel smoother and last a lot longer to me.
