Hi all, I'm from Japan⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝

Thank you ⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝
I am trying my best to write English myself and use machine translation as well (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Your English is great. Most English speakers don't really care how 'badly' our language is used, we can almost always figure out what you're trying to say, we're just happy others want to speak with us :cheer:

Thanks!
I look forward to everyone's mind-reading skills ⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝

I found the paper, Intersection between Obesity, Dietary Selenium, and Statin Therapy in Brazil.

Perhaps I was in this state (>_<)
I stopped taking atorvastatin 3 days ago and I feel better without a selenium supplement ⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝

When Japanese people study English in school, if an answer is not perfectly correct, it will not be made correct (´・ω・`)

Maybe that's why we can't "go for broke" in imperfect English ⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝

First, my English is a little strange(>_<)
I have bipolar disorder I for 15 years.
I have tried various medicines, but I'm not motivated.
So I came here looking for something good⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝
Please get along with me.

These are the medicines I'm taking.
lamotrigine 75mg
gabapentine 1200mg
lurasidone 10mg
lithium carbonate 100mg
clonazepam 0.5mg
etizolam 0.5mg (if needed)
suvorexant 20mg(if needed)
mocrobemide 300mg (This is not approved in Japan, so I bought it online)

and Schisandra supplement

How is your experience in getting help with mental health in Japan? I've heard it's still quite taboo there and difficult to get help?

Native English speakers are embarrassingly terrible at any other language (usually). You're English is very good in comparison!
I only speak 2.5 languages and even that is rare for a native English speaker.
