Didn't think anyone would get it, I thought Chris Isaak (Chet Desmond) was terrible in that movie, Keifer Sutherland completely outclassed him.
 
I can't believe I got it. You keep givin me quotes from my favorite movies that I've seen like 20 times. I loved the interaction between Desmond and the local sheriff, that was hilarious. But I have to disagree with you entirely on Chris Isaac's performance, I thought it was great.
