Ingesting fluoride transforms surface level hydroxyapatite in your bone structure into fluorapatite.
That's why you rather buy a toothpaste containing HydroxyApatite only. Then one with fluor, which naturally is not present in tooth enamel, neither is FluoroHydroxyApatite.
Just dived into this just looking for a toothpaste without Fluoride. That the link with Thyroid diseases and bone and skeletal diseases is fact. My ex having Hashimoto, and my daughter a melign disformation on the inside of the bone of her upper leg. So I advised to check how much is in the water, switch to White Tea and use toothpaste without fluoride. Buy one based upon HydroxyApetite or CPP-ACP (a peptide made out of milk protein). Serves the same funtion. Silver is an good anti-bacterial to replace Chloorhexedine. Zinc-Gluconate against bad breath. Add some benificial herb's. Et voila.

Strangely enough the last ingredient is Citric acid. So a minimal ammount. But one of the reason's according to you for tooth decay by Subuxone? Which makes me wonder if the cullprit of the decay has anything to do with Citric acid.
