Wish it was in the formulary here @Magic_Dragon in England, one of the only opioids not prescribed here. I am guessing if I love my Oxycodone I will love Opana ?

If i were to buy empty pill caps and fill them with coke so that i could break them open later, those would be my favorite
Otherwise this is the toughest question ever, how does one pick between so many glorious gifts from the gods? Kadian 100s are my babies but i enjoy my lil blue oxys, then theres my candy flavored amps.. nope i cant answer this one, next question pls and make it an easier one
