Ha, try 8 grams daily total cold turkey...hospital didn't know sh!t, I left and went home. Had to procure xanax and still had the shakes so bad i couldn't type for the essay on my online exams. My legs would wobble walking and sometimes just give out and I'd just drop and have to crawl to a couch or bed.

^yeah the doctor had to google Phenibut.... then wen Ahh ok u need valium now! After i hadnt slept for 3 days and was hearing people talk which werent there...very strong substance in my opinion I found withdrawing from alcohol, benzos easier.. go figure?
