1. No not really. for me it just comes out, can't save it up like you're filling up a water balloon.

2. But yes, I *can* stop it as it starts happening, if I feel like it. I have to stop the orgasm from progressing though... in other words, not have one. I have done this sometimes if I worry about the guy and what he'll think.... or, occasionally, to save my sheets :D
