Considering steroids, pleas suggest.

ok i thought you were talking multiple sets of some sort of cardio activity, i dont think you can put a limit on cardio within reason as long as you arnt absolutely just draining yourself
Nope, I was talking about the cardio.

when I lift I just do super sets, dropsets and i rest a couple of seconds keep it at that pace.
 
Hey soulz if you want to just make another thread about your personal workout protocol and questions/concerns. Don't wanna derail the topic in case someone else read through this and it answered their questions as well.

Also....we really haven't had a good thread about kinesiology and biomechanics of lifting weights.
