I couldn't agree more. This way of viewing the task creates a lovely underpinning attitude that paves the way for such a difficult and exacting project.
I know there are some folks who see this as a waste of time and effort, and their concerns are valid and noted. But to me, to pass up the opportunity to capitalise on the vast, ever-increasing, practical and subjective knowledge held by members seems a wasted opportunity.
