Coke, too much?

I’ve never tried coke for this exact reason. I have heart related anxiety as it is without adding coke to it I couldn’t imagine the shitstorm of anxiety that I’d go through doing lines of coke thinking I’m gonna drop dead from a heart attack, pretty sure I had mini heart attack in my 20s after smoking a gram of meth in like 20 mins and since then I’ve stayed well away from stimulants

 When I was heavily into drug use/abuse, I generally prefered downers/alcohol/opioids to stimulants. However, back in the 80s & early 90s I had access to really good coke and I very much enjoyed that-- especially with alcohol (which produces cocaethylene).
If I'm remembering correctly, the high purity cocaine was quite euphoric but not terribly speedy. It's been years since I've had coke of that caliber, though.
