I'm gonna jump right in & say all of us (no matter the reason), have been sick at one point.
We all know the feeling of 'I've been up for hours with ...... Then I finally got to sleep & overslept. Can't leave the house, but I've perked up a lil so I'll jump on social media'.
Think OP is being harsh, though I'd be pissed off too,- but he did make it clear he wanted to see her again & apparently has.
