I am very happy with my dick. But I'm really sad that I ONLY have a dick - I think it would be so cool to have both parts, to experience vaginal sex from both perspectives. I'm reasonably happy about my equipment, at least the external stuff. The internal stuff doesn't work for crap and caused me 45 years of agony before the hormones finally dried up.

The ER got the bleeding under control and called in a gyn doc to stitch me back together. there was one bit, about the size of the end of my thumb that the doctor said would "dry up and slough on its own.

It didn't. It also didn't re-attach itself. I had surgery to have that piece removed and to have some scarring from the original stitching up removed as it was rubbing on things. It was also making my husband very nervous about sex because he was afraid during both intercourse and oral sex, that he'd accidentally tear that loose bit off, or reopen the original wound.

I had surgery in Germany in 87. I was offered "corrective surgery" for my lady parts overall, which I refused. It hurt like hell while the initial injury healed. It REALLY hurt like hell while the surgery healed. I couldn't sit comfortably even with a doughnut cushion.

This is major surgery, ladies. It's extremely painful. The risk of infection is very high as the area is constantly getting doused in urine, and heaven help you if you get diarrhea. You will be flushing the area with an antiseptic solution everytime you go to the bathroom. drying it carefully, and probably applying an antibiotic cream as part of normal wound care.

If they tighten things down too much, you could wind up with problems with childbirth, as well. Before doing anything else, take a mirror and get a look at things down there. Get to know your intimate parts. Make friends with them. I bet if you can do that, you'll feel differently about wanting to cut them up so some person, now or in the future will think you have a pretty pussy.

not true - there's definitely some large vaginas out there. i read that the vagina conforms to whatever is inside it; which might be true to some extent but not always.

I think the main difference I have felt is one of wetness and not size. A very wet girl is going to feel "larger" than a girl who is not so wet. That said I was with one girl who just seemed bigger down there. So maybe the bell curve is very flat and wide with the majority of women having a very similar size but there being a few each way who are smaller or larger.

As for labiaplasty, unless you have been injured as a previous poster noted, do not have surgery on your vaj. I don't know of any male who would see you naked for the first time and walk out because your lips were too big. Or not come back for that matter. Guys just don't care. Personally I like big lips vs coin slots, but would never turn down either.
