I have been recording my daily drug intake since June 4th of this year. Since then, this is how often I have taken benzos.

Day 1: No benzos (NB henceforth)
Day 2:NB
Day 3: 0.5mg clonazepam, 2mg etizolam
Day 4: NB
Day 5: NB
Day 6: 1mg clonazepam, 1.5mg etizolam
Day 7: NB
Day 8: 3.5mg etizolam
Day 9: 1mg clonazepam, 1mg etizolam
day 10: NB
day 11: NB
day 12: NB
day 14: NB
day 15: NB
day 16: 1mg clonazepam, 2mg etizolam
day 17: 0.5mg clonazolam, 0.5mg etizolam
day 18: NB
day 19: NB
day 20: 2mg etizolam
day 21: NB
day 22: NB
day 23: 0.5 mg clonazolam
day 24: NB
day 25: NB
day 26: 0.5mg clonazolam
day 27: 0.5 mg clonazolam
day 28: NB
day 20: NB
day 30: (today) 0.5 mg clonazolam

I would really like to take clonazolam again tomorrow, as it just makes work fly by. I think I am willing to not take any the following day. I will be on vacation all next week with no access to benzos, and I intend to cease my use of them upon my return.

I guess what I am ultimately asking, is taking clonazolam again for one or two more days going to make or break whether I get physically addicted? I understand that if I continue this pattern indefinitely, it will likely lead to physical dependence. I have no intention of doing that. Could another day or two be all it takes, or am I still realistically pretty far from having physical withdrawals?

Unless you've already been dependent, this will probably only result in an increasing tolerance. Keep it up and eventually you may end up dependent, but for right now I would imagine using like this will just result in raising your tolerance. I doubt you'll experience withdrawal just from this use.

You are actually doing very well taking a couple days off between doses, most people don't do that. At the same time though your body will eventually not produce as much GABA (the anti anxiety chemical). Really though, if you take it one day then take two days off, youre not gunna notice that for a while. Its the daily dosing that does that.
