Cravings, for me it is the uncontrolable urge to have/ need a drug. You are clean, and it is there in the back of your mind asking for it, telling you it will help and you can control how much you take. It sits in your chest and grips at your inner being, almost crushing it, it is telling you to get the drug, you can feel better. It is an itch you cannot scratch, a voice always with you urging you to get the drug, the little devil on your shoulder telling you, it’s ok just for fun tonight.
