About a year ago I wait smoking weed everyday. Now I didn't realize it but I was slowly getting worse with fatigue . I'd say earlier stages. I had tried other drugs and worked ridiculous hours as well from 20-24 . I wanted to clean my life up and get back to the 19 year old who was hyper active .
When I quit things didn't go the way I planned. I had this really weird slowed down reaction which I learned later was brain fog. Totally normal for weed withdraw shouldn't last longer then a month. So I started going for runs everyday and eating lots of food . Relatively healthy . I started a job and realized I can't feel a relax or good feeling when I'm not moving . Hanging out with someone. Never. I got up early for my first shift only to realize I feel extremely tired as if I worked a 12 hour shift. During that shift I was just a decline from that feeling to me racing home to take a nap else I'd faint.
Fast forward some months and the doctor tested me for everything that could cause fatigue. Nothing. He assumed it's all in your head and threw medication at me. Lexapro. It caused my anxiety to go away but made my fatigue so bad I lost my job. My muscles were even more sore. From just standing for 5-6 hours. I'd eventually left and tried a nautropath who said I need to detox metals because theyvcause all forms of adrenal burnout / CFS. A paleo diet will help well i already eat healthy . I could improve on it but definitely not the reason I'm feeling so tired. I'm on here because I'm lost. All my hope is lost.
