Are homosexual natures created by nurture, nature, or God?

That's the thing about 'god', it seems to exist as a deep slide-image in the depths of each individual brain. (A dynamic one, not static ime!)
I thought you were being graceful including it in the mix, because it can hardly be cut out the mix just because we run into incredible difficulties communicating our personal god slide/image to other humans.

I hear the dilemma you're describing, and not sure if this helps or whose words i'm paraphrasing.. This universe is made up of god-electricity/divine electricity at root-level. All creatures have the inner blueprint to spiral up towards god/ess-hood. Environmentally, and in every way it's a divinely electric universe. Constantly, god/esses & conscious elements are coming into existence of their own accord & increasing gravities & crystallisation. The long march of self-actualisation.

Its probably even more binding than karmic law, since deities/god/esses have been leapfrogging & cutting through fences of karma for a long time. Their origin stories often contain such anomalies.

I do know/feel we were engineered too, and i'd love to see the team photo taken after they completed the work, clinking glasses etc, listening to whatever jukeboxes they snort their lines with :alien:

There's a group of mathematicians older dudes maybe four who have independently come to the conclusion that the theory of evolution it's mathematically impossible since most mutations are destructive to an organism there hasn't been enough time. It isn't that Darwin's theory is wrong. It's still a very convincing explanation of how adaptive traits come about. However the conventional wisdom that a caterpillar by process of random genetic mutation wound up spinning itself into a chrysalis one day later to emerge as a butterfly is not just farfetched sounding but mathematically impossible

Thats a topic i'd like to riff on, but dont have much to contribute. I don't know Jung's stance on sin, obviously he would have written on it. A friend told me a few years back, a gypsy interpretation of Sin was 'going against or neglecting ones nature' so idk. If the game is self-actualisation then would it be functional to say that sin = anything that resists the self actualising drive to wholeness, so anything fragmentary?

I'm not denouncing Darwinism. But its become a straight jacketing binding ideology hasnt it. Not a question.
Likewise there's no need to denounce Newton nor Freud nor Darwin. But in the 20th century their work became pretenses for doors stops & security grates to keep all the motherfuckers out from academia - physics, psych, evolutionary biology respectively.

Well it's become an article of faith hasn't it? There are no facts in science there's simply a theory until a better one comes along. I don't know what Jung would say specific to sin since he wasn't a theologian. However he did remark that we need to understand mankind urgently because all future evil will come from Man.

I guess he didn't believe much in Aliens

Obviously the person who started this thread wanted to go in that direction but I'm talking about it in general terms. Whatever sin is it's not so much what society and culture proscribes, it's an inner experience akin to loss of morale

Actually MydriHaze ain't gonna be hanging with anybody. Which he richly deserves but I still worry about people who are isolated being cut off even more even though he did it to himself
