Paliperidone, sold under the trade name Invega among others, is a dopamine antagonist and serotonin receptor antagonist of the atypical antipsychotic class of medications which means it stops the secretion of that serotonin and dopomine chemical
So am taking pacitane drug name Trihexyphenidyl
Which increases dopomine secreation
And
Stablon which is a antidepressant increasing serotonin secretion
Am completly normal i do not need any tabs now i am 100 percent healed right from interest , motivation , gaming
Sex drive , love making , concentration and sleep
Every thing is healed i suffered from this invega counting days like you when this drug will go away from my system

And i a suggesting you because i am not drug user like you am a research analyst so kindly understand that i dont have any intension to guide you wrong

i'm not a drug user, not anymore anyway. quiet a few here are not drug users just like everyone here does not have a mental illness. we come from all different walks of life and put on this med for different reasons.

i am doing the research on the meds you suggested now (and not quiet done yet) and i'm finding that one of those is not allowed here in the states somewhat, it has an addictive property. this quote is from Hodor, they have taken Stablon (tianeptine, coaxil) and are saying it could be addictive. other sources on the net verify this. i hope you are safe while taking it.

i believe what zack365 and the rest of us are curious about is your story. why did you get put on xeplion? how many doses? do you have a mental illness? do you have a job? what do you like to do for fun? etc.

@invegauser: you're welcome! I like speaking in English. By the time I did not speak this language I used to find it very cool sounding. I am glad I am fluent in English today.
By the way, I appreciate your respect for other cultures. Always glad to have someone open to other cultures and respectful toward them.
 
The medication gave me severe anhedonia and rendered me an emotionless zombie who cannot function. I have lost my job and have been on disability ever since. I have lost all of my motivation and willpower to do anything. Even showering seems to be an impossible task. I can no longer feel happy, joy, excited, or pleasure. Things that used to give me pleasure all have stopped working since I started Invega Sustenna. Cigarettes and alcohol no longer have any effects on me since the drug blocks dopamine and serotonin receptors and could not feel sexual feelings or erection
This was my story with invega i was counting days like you guys when this drug will get out of my system but i successfully found the antidote
As invega is antagoinist which mean it blocks dopamine and serotonin
The antidote is taking a dopamine and serotonin agonist which increases the secretion
Which means it does the same for every one
 
Actually your right pacitane and stablon are addictive drugs its difficult to get it with out prescription and you must never take more than one pill a day .If you take more it increases sexual feelings more and becomes addiction
 
As soon as i took pacitane and stablon with in two days i found changes and took two to three weeks to come back to normal
 
One more problem with invega is retrograde ejaculation which means sperm count reduces and ejaculation with out sperm
 
@Sharvansara: you took it for three weeks. Stopped pacitane and stablon and you were 100% healed from invega?
I hope you are right about everything. This could help lots of people.

This stupid invega stops the secretion of dopamine and serotonin completly and changes gene transcription
Which means as its long lasting its changing the dna structure or neurons in brain
 
to the room: do not take any of these medications yet. there seem to be drug interactions between it and other psych meds as well as some acute side effects. will continue to do more research for efficacy and safety after a nap.

for now haldol will create negative drug interactions and shouldn't be taken at all or needs an adjustment when taken with Trihexyphenidyl; check with your doctor. invega has been known to interact with artane (which is one form of Trihexyphenidyl) and increase some of the side effects/withdrawal symptoms already associated with invega/xeplion including suicidal thoughts, TDK and delusions maybe even psychosis.

pacitane itself has some negative side effects that are severe but cannot determine how often or to what degree just yet.

@Sharvansara: i'm not saying that anyone should not take it. it's best we have the info first so we know. invega is very experimental. the pacitane would seem to make sense for now because it is used in parkinsons related illness and effects/symptoms from invega cause many of the same symptoms as parkinsons patients exhibit. we've had people in the past try to get help from parkinsons doctors as well. all i'm saying is give me a lil more time first to verify it.

I know my effort and problems and challenges atleast i would have spend 8 to 9 months of research to find the antidote and right tablet it come out of the troubles
 
To be frank the problem is doctors does not know the right
Mode of action of drugs and how actually the tablet works in body they just say with trial and error method
Only research doctors know how the drug works
 
Yes you must never take any antipsychotics or injections along with this tablet and if you have trouble sleeping just can take sleeping pills that will not interract
 
According to research dont take any antipsychotic tablets or injections and sleep is the best medicine and if your not getting sleep go with sleeping pills that too relay on sleeping pills which increases melatonin hormone secretion which is nature sleep hormone and antidepression tablets are good for an short term extent
So for schizophrenia and hallucination dont take antipsychotics because the abruptly stop dopamine secretion switching over to antidepression tablets will increase seretonin secretion which indirectly reduces dopamine in a balanced state
 
@germanbackyard: my back up info did not have the zyprexa users in it, good news is i found an old post of mine that had it in it. as promised, here you go:

here's the list of people who took zyprexa and what form. they're all from BL. Branid81 and Babylon5 took the injection. MisterTi and Ammarishot both took the pills. Aiden21 and Evanoui but i'm not sure whether they took the pills or injections. they have all posted in one of the two invega threads and their usernames are spelled correctly.

i am healed so i cannot try this. to those that might want to it is not the first time we have had people utilize parkinson treatments in the thread. please arm yourself with information and consult with your doctor.
