Hey guys it?s been some months since my injection and i feel very stupid and feel like half of my brain isn?t function. Honestly I don?t even know how I?m typing this. I?ve lost all my appetite, I?m suicidal, and I can?t sleep at all. I feel like quitting cold turkey was the biggest mistake of my life.
In my experience, quitting as I did (which wasn't completely cold turkey. I'll explain below) led to some of the same problems. Sleeping hardly at all, I eventually became more and more manic and impulsive. I even wound up with amnesia a handful of times last year self medicating as I was only trying to limit the effects of the poison. It turned out pretty bad but not life-threatening. In other words I was making some really bad choices and wasn't thinking clearly.

I quit the injection in May 2015 and tapered off using the Invega pills (about 9 mg per day, I believe) and ended up quitting those cold turkey. I fell into a funk that was probably a lot like a psychosis. What brought me back to a baseline, ironically was the reintroduction of a less potent form of antipscyhotic with a mood stabalizer in the mix. Remember guys that mental health plays a big role in your physical health as well. I am not suggesting anything as far as what to do concerning medications as I am not a doctor or anyone's personal prescriber. I mean only to share my experience here.

Ahh...
Here is.what I thought I just needed to post.

Exercises to burn off invega sustenna for gluetal injections:
Bit of caution: drink a lot of filtered, Unfluoridated water to allow kidneys to produce urine and flush invega out as much as possible.

1. Walking. Running. Uphil running. I like uphill running as an is the most effective in getting rid of this poison. The reason being is it works that hit muscle continuously and releases as much in the bloodstream while the nerves in the section of your body or weaker their muscle is moving allowing for release of poison. However, do not run uphill for a long time in the beginning because you will be hit the poison very severely.

2. Deadlift

3. Lunges

4. Hip press this is one that I like because it also works like uphill running.

5. Leg press. Enter enter well I'm liking this new voice to text feature Wiki face winky face. LOL

Will any drugs work on invega? Tried meth and it sort of worked but i have none left. What about 4-fa or 6apb.

I try to smoke weed but no matter how much I smoke I get nothing off it. Coffee and cigs too. Shit sucks. How long have u been off the shot and how long were u on it?

I'm figuring out lately energy input and energy output being screwed up is a symptom of Invega. Could explain why some of you aren't getting high if I could just work out the rest of the details. But I'm not scientist.

You should be working on the root of the problem. Exercise now. Worry about getting high later.

It gives you a idea where your at. Invega blocks your dopamine and serotonin receptors. Mine is still blocked. Besides feeling like a shell of a person. It sucks. I'm much better off, off the poison.

For those who quit, how did you convince your doc to get you off Sustenna? I've been on it for 2 years but I think i'd like to get off of it. I don't think I need it anymore and I also think it was responsible for some weight gain. I don't think my doctor is interested in getting me off meds at this point, maybe just reducing the dosage.

I understand your meaning here as it was my experience as well. However, I feel the rest of your post is a bit ill-mannered. I can understand the frustration.

What you need to do is not my say. I made strides slowly and not without difficulties. People throwing things at me while I took walks to try and lose the weight was a big fear of mine and partly reality as well... but I eventually lost the weight and came to a good standing. I don't know you're situation but I'm not trying to antagonize anyone. I'm trying to help.

@invegauser I've noticed it in other ways before. Every so often that changes. Changing into something new. I look back on my time on Risperdal Consta and try not to think about myself as 'that dumb kid on Risperdal'. I was pretty fucking stupid but most people dealt with me with ease because I was complacent. That's what the medical groups want. That's what I hate about BHT and CBT despite that they are good avenues to go through under pressing circumstances! The people in the medical field preach radical acceptance but can't even do it themselves. What a bunch of charlatans.

I got body shamed yesterday for having man Boobs by fat chicks. I would lose weight if I didn't have this arrhythmia. It hasn't gone away yet. It's just eating me up the next day if I go on a bender with drinking.

It hurts even to stretch out my chest in any ways. It's funny I told them not to give me Risperdal because it fucked with my heart so they gave me invega. Such a joke the medical field is

Okay so I've heard arrhythmia is kinda viewed by science like panic attacks. Just because you have it/them, doesn't mean you're going to have a heart attack. I had arrhythmia on the poison - both Risperdal and Invega - and I was able to shred the majority of the weight. I'm a six foot guy who used to weigh 230 lbs on Risperdal. I'm down to 165, but that's not to say there haven't been some weight fluxuations! haha. Shedding all the weight, you might still retain your man-boobs so you'll have to adjust and become comfortable with your own body the way it is. Of course... I guess you could 'hide' the man boobs so to speak by going to the gym and hitting the bench! That's what I did.

But yeah, according to what I've heard arrhythmia is not something to worry about. Take that phrase for what it is. The more a person dwells on his/her own panic attacks, for example, the worse the buildup of cortisol becomes. I hate to say it but you'll have to find a workaround and trick your brain into thinking your okay. Easier said than done.

Like it goes out of synch with excercise I have to stop and sit sometimes in order to stop the palpations and it?s scary. Science is a bunch for cucks really if they knew what the hell they were doing in healthcare industry or at least not purposely making ppl sick then they never would have legalized Invega

This hasnt been a good year for me. But here is some news. Injections.are.being called "cocktales of meds" when given to patients psych wards. And now they are giving them to suicidal patients who took a whole bottle or something.

At undi..., no bud thank God it's not forever. But what ever I got hit with is just unbelievable, ah and you know how I keep saying 1 injection, well that's not right.

Look up MK Ultra and post your research here or send me in pvt pls. Bye, take good care.

Oh and rosi, drink water, lose the cigs, try exercise?

That sucks but I'm going to try anyway as butyrfentanyl made me really itchy so it was doing something
