Well right when I got up at 5AM finished off the bowl of herb topped with hash oil two fat rips were all that was left
Then two cups of coffee while I read the news then about 7AM I got to the methadone clinic
115mg methadone and I smoked another small bowl topped with more hash oil and am having a 3rd cup of coffee this morning then I'll probably polish off the remaining 0.3 g of the hash oil I have not bad considering it was just 1g I got yesterday afternoon and I smoked myself stupid last night and only used not quite 0.5g(yesterday I smoked a moderate amount of really clean D-Mamp I cut myself off at like 3:30PM cause I know at that point sleep is not hard to get at 8-9PM at the latest)

Got myself an eightball (3.5 grams here) straight from the big dealer's chunk so I've cut out the middlemen and the small dealers in order to get FIRE stuff, easily 65-70% w00t! :D

I'm late as fuck to this but LOL. I don't think I ever saw that post but dude...I went to inpatient nearly 2 months ago for a much smaller habit and I'm hardly even halfway back to normal haha. That's pretty funny, like come on man just admit you like being high all the time most of us do. He was a nice guy to talk to though I sincerely hope he's doing okay.

Woke up sick as hell and had to take a test at 9am... but hey at least it's the weekend. I got a pretty annoying cold (I think) so I won't be able to smoke spliffs today which is kind of a bummer, but I might use my vaporizer again.
For now just 3g of red borneo kratom.

Been trying real good to stick to just weed/party drugs when applicable but my girlfriend is having a breakdown thst is wearing me out dealing with it + a bunch of this fell on my lap so fuck it. Spending a warm rainy night in with:
Half ounce of some incredible local Blackberry Kush.
4gs sour diesel rosin.
6 bags of very highquality heroin (no fent or RC's) i got for next to nothing.
.7g high quality ketamine received as a gift.
.6g very VERY high quality coke received as a gift.
And half a bottle of bulleit bourbon.

Heres to the longest ive ever stayed dedicated to a new years resolution, 12 days lol.
 
Went to to downtown Chicago with my buddy, copped 6 bags of dope, then got trashed at this fancy bar. Fuckin good night. Met him in inpatient, we dedicated our drinks to sobriety hahahaha.

Tally is:
150mg heroin nasal, 50mg IV
.1g crack cocaine smoked
Spliffs and a few chillums
2 Jack and cokes, a shot of Patron and a PBR

About to destroy another bag of dope with 100mg hydroxyzine.

Gonna take my Belsomra (suvorexant 20mg, a weaker Ambien essentially) soon as well as my other sleep aid that contains melatonin, GABA, ashwaganda, and a few other relaxing herbal supplements that I can't think of right now. I can legit come down from meth on these things, although instead of 2 I need at least 5 and a Belsomra.

- Extracted liquid ketamine 350mg. Worst ROA ever took a syringe - the needle (which if I had a needle I’d gladly used it IM or even IV over this) sprayed homemade ketamine extract into my sinuses. It was mostly drip but thankfully enough residue was left behind to really fuck me up. Better than putting it up my ass tho (will never happen).

- 200-400mg liquid ketamine drank for good measure

How is Opana compared to the more common opiates? I possibly tried it once but that was years ago and I was new to drugs so I didn?t ID the pill(s) beforehand. Is it better than hydromorphone?

OT:

Opana (Oxymorphone) is more like Oxycodone but more stoning and nodding effects added IMHO, but Hydromorphone still blows both out of the water when taken IV or sometimes intranasal, but I have an abundance of Oxycodone mostly so I'm sticking with that. :)

Sounds like something I’d really enjoy. Haven’t had Oxy (not even a measly Percocet) in a few months, kinda trying to avoid opiates because I get hooked way to easily. IV hydromorphone is absolutely amazing! I only had it once but that rush was unbelievable. I’d take a shot of hydromorphone over pretty much anything. I was surprised that I liked it more than IV fentanyl, which is good but kinda overrated. Have you ever had IV Demerol? That stuff is great, all the usual opiate effects with the bonus of a really trippy feeling (for me at least).

OT:
Probably going to grab 600mg Lyrica + 45mg temazepam.
