You have no poison in your body after a year off
There is no new life in my brain. It's definitely possible I didn't feel a whole lot better at a year. Also yes, believe it or not there can still be a couple miligrams of the shit left in your body at 1 year.
Did anyone have heart problems that cleared up? I'm getting an EKG soon but I wanna know if anyone can answer
Have you every mornig a dead brain-feeling? I yes.I wished so much that it could be better for me, because than I have a chance to get my son back. The only thing, that has changed a few weeks ago ist, that my brain got a little bit better, so I can better watch Tv now. - I have enough feeling for watching TV. But I am still not lucky alone at home.I'm improving at month 8, I can read, listen to music, watch sports, can function and socialize, there's hope Never give up and don't rely on meds if you don't need them
I don't know if this counts but I had tachycardia that persisted for nearly a year. My heart rate finally rests in the 70s and I no longer have palpitations.
No, it feels like a part of my brain doesn´t work. If it were dead. I have no dreams, no feelings, not one day.Hell yeah the bad brain feeling. It gets better with limited blue screen use, melatonin, good life habits etc... Also, when you wake up you need to get out of bed right away. Otherwise lingering in bed will get you a bad brain feeling. When I take aps I'm literally unable to wake up. It got to a point were sleep was the only option. Off them now, things are getting a little better each month, but yes you need to wake up right away.
Thank you!!! I will try it.The only thing I'm doing different is I take Vitamin C 10,000 mg everyday so maybe that's helping me, I have more motivation nowI don't feel brain dead anymore. Try socializing and take vitamin c as well niacin. Recover quick
