^^^hahaha nice? ...apparently starlings are quite intelligent. I just watched the terns feeding on fish again. I had my binoculars and all lol. There is also an osprey nest there but I didn't see him/her today. At the gym now. Like my friend John used to say "maaan weights are all heavy and shit"
 
Had a great lunch time celebrating our friend's birthday. It was a quick lunch out but worthy every minute. I'm pretty engaged with our new Team Work routine and even though I still worked a lot, everyone had a fair share of work and a great interval in between. I hope we can stick to this routine and make our work a better place to be. :)
 
Had a great weekend and I have an interview Tuesday. This job is the real deal so I'm excited but nervous.
 
I have also had a great weekend, Sunday was incredibly great and I reconciled with an important person in my life. Came to terms with her and that made me feel so good. I just hope it lasts.
 
I know it sounds corny buy I'm just happy to have air in my lungs and a beating heart. Sometimes I worry about myself a lot. Guess that happens after you go thru emergency surgery. I'm thankful for my life today!
 
It seems you are doing well Closeau. Paying attention to the small things that makes us alive is a great development in our lives. It shows we care about being alive and we take good care of ourselves and the others around us. Joy and happiness are not build instantly, it's more like a journey where you build your path step by step. One day at the time. Good to see you like this! ;)
 
I do love to watch the sunrise everyday. This is my new favourite part of the day, and I'm very thankful to have reached this point in life.
 
^^^^It's the little things that matter? My job interview yesterday was great. I have to meet with HR next so I am thinking I may be offered the job. BUT I have been denied a few jobs due to my background, although it hasn't been a deal breaker at most places. This is an extremely swanky place so I am just hoping they give me the opportunity to prove myself.

I found a great place to view the new osprey nest they've built. I saw three osprey yesterday and one was huge! I've yet to see them catch fish but I am hoping to. Have a good one peoples!

I'd love that too. Sunset is one of my favourite things, God's second best show. I'm just never awake for the best one.. :D
 
I am too a very 'nighty' person. I have always been. But when I'm not using Seroquel and now sober for quite a while, I feel my days are positively longer when I start earlier. It's not that I have a choice though. I need to be at work before the rush time and had recently included exercises in the first part of the day so I could go for the extra mile at work and still have time for a decent evening at home.

Well done on the interview btw fingers crossed for you AND if you don't get it; march right in there and ask why; in order to change that shit around and prove to them Post-Code prejudice is their downfall - don't let that shit go (despite the outcome) <3
 
I spent time with the love of my life (my gf and my son). Children, esp very young ones... are so full of love. He teaches me so much about myself. Beautiful, Beautiful boy.
