What is the most addictive substance?

Has to be adderall. Nothing has ever gripped me like that. At least with booze I could recognize that I had a serious problem/

Meth is definitely stronger, mr min was answering the topic question "what is the most addictive substance you have used?"

I think the majority of us here have not actually done meth. I think I've done it by accident once in a dirty pressed pill for example.

It is a very individual question for sure.

Aha.. My bad.
Confused by the worst drug..

^ yep!

Worst and strongests, Heroin, meperidine, Dilaudid..Fentanyl.

Most definitely meth, the first time I did it I was hooked. And when I started to mainline, my life went to hell for YEARS. For me, Def IV meth. Thankfully I havent done any IV drugs for 5 yrs. Ruined many years of my life. Hardest to quit too. Still think about it often. And it's not the same as it was in the 80's &90's. Not near as good

Well, what makes it the worst? Physical harm wise opiates are nothing. I can see how people easily get lured in to opiate addiction very easy, though. I think benzos are up there somewhere, too

Methoxetamine and MDPV. These are the two most addictive substances I have ever used. The majority of my addiction career was dedicated to opioids and alcohol and even with the physical withdrawal symptoms that literally push you to keep using. Mxe and MDPV are the most insanely moreish chemicals I will never touch again. Scary stuff.

IV cocaine. You want to do it again real bad 15 minutes later.

Meth - I can't get off Tina, I tried and relapsed recently. Just want to have it and have my job but it's putting too much strain on it...

I'm sorry you relapsed. Try again. Don't let it control you.
You have the power to control this!

Thanks Erikmen. I'm on a binge at the moment but have a full week of work and then going back to my parents who despite my prolific drug use, don't even know I smoke but I have a couple of meth face scabs and I'm looking worse than I have in the past so I'm thinking they might clock this time...

Nicotine.
Honestly, I think it's the easiest drug to get addicted to.
It's also the only one I've been addicted to.

^ I agree. Do it everyday, every hour after years and years. Tough to quit.
Everything triggers. From chocolate to sex.

^Hell yah I feel ackward if I can't feel tobacco\nicotine in my hand or pocket for too long. Even if its on me if I can't feel it up against me I feel stress at times. Fucking SUPER addictive even heroin addicts don't dose 20 times a day...

I thought Tramadol was quite mild actually. Well maybe that was my experience only.
It depends on how well you metabolize it into O-desmethyltramadol, I am a good metabolizer myself and I can get very high off tramadol. Right now my tolerance is too high to enjoy it. (dope and oxy) But without a big tolerance I can get very high off tramadol as well. It's not under or overrated imo. Its effects are just very different for different people.
