Opioids O-Desmethyltramadol

This should make a glorious comeback :(
Or something like Nortilidine.

I also had some of the best and active experiences on this lovely metabolite.

It has entirely different effects, no comparison at all, im not talking about potency. Im talking about binding at opiate receprtors. So if you want your u opiate receptors tickled odt IS 200 better than tramadol.
 
IME morphine does nothing even when you keep upping and upping the dose, until NOD. No euphoria.
 
This is actually sold by a Canadian RC vendor and I have the opportunity to buy it. They also sell Zopiclone, Eszopiclone and Zaleplon. Apparently these drugs don't fall under Canadian law like other opiates/benzos.

I have a decent opiate tolerance from Kratom use and was wondering if taking 200-300mg of this would even be worth it.
 
^If it is really O-Desmethyltramadol (which I doubt since it has vanished from the RC-market ~2 years ago) then 200-300mg would be way too much, even with a Kratom tolerance. Better try 75-100mg.
Back then this was a good dose for me with a tolerance of lower potent but still stronger Opioids than Kratom.
 
It was by far the best pop RC chem I ever got, just binged the fuck off that stuff intravenously, but it was unusually high quality. The vendor isnt in operation i believe, and I would be wary buying this from a typical operation. Certainly wouldnt advice IVing , because you are not likely to get the good shit. Damn it was good.

Yeah, I managed to get a decent amount of high-quality stuff and it was absolutely worthwhile- but only if you IV/plugged it. I agree, by far the best 'pop RC chem' I've ever gotten my hands on.

I got mine during the 'second wave' (hell, my posts are in this thread- few pages & couple of years back) of availability, but it was always a super-rare RC. I only ever saw 2 places sell it, both very obscure RC vendors (one who was invite-only) and even then it was only around for a few month and was kinda expensive (for an RC, still cheap as chips)...particularly when you take consider that it's really no big thing to blow through 3-5g in a day with only a moderate tolerance.

I would be extra-leery about any vendor who claims to have this RC. If you are gonna buy it regardless then when it arrives you should be very careful with it, don't assume that it is desmethyltramadol...it could be AH-7921, it could quinine, it could even be one of the weaker fentanyl analogues (with ~50mg doses rather than 0.1mg doses) for all you know! In my opinion it's much, much more likely to be off than on- it's like those cocaine analogues, they go around occasionally, but it's never for very long and they're typically only sold by a handful vendors who specialise in obscure shit.

gonna try this, very trusty vendor, tested stuff etc... only getting 500mg, i'm currently on 2mg sub, own to 1 tommorow, but will take a break just to try this one...

Is it hard to get a sleep after O-Desmethyltramadol?
 
tramadol is a rather weird little drug, especially when you have doctors prescribing it for things like chronic back pain(which is like giving someone tylenol for a kidney stone.......it ain't gonna do shit). then, when you do take it, you discover its wonderful effects on the serotonin in your brain, which makes you happy and energetic(kinda like SSRIs but more pronounced and much much quicker). THIS is why people get addicted to tramadol. THIS is why it is so GOD DAMN hard to get off of it. and THIS is why it should NEVER be prescribed for pain. take someone who has been on this bullshit for a year, taking between 300-500mg a day. trust me, they aren't taking it for the pain, and this is because it had little to no effect on the opiate receptors of the brain from the start. then when they finally get tired of still being in pain, they stop the tramadol.........big mistake. although this drug does not actually relieve pain, stopping it actually produces withdrawal symptoms that are IDENTICAL to actual opiates. and remember my reference to SSRIs, yeah, stopping it also produces withdrawal symptoms that are IDENTICAL to anti-depressants.

there is honestly no other legal drug in the world that does this, but god damn it is wonderful for RLS.

IM lasts around 3-5 hours dependent on the dose and no it's not hard to get to sleep. PA, I need more information on your tolerance. I rarely use opioids and would IM anywhere from 40-120mgs. The former was a lighter end dose and the latter would make me mod fairly hard.

I definitely want to grab some soon. The last batch the vendor had was extremely good.

Tramaol has SNRI effects... and the reasons that the W/ symptoms are the same as other opiates is because it is an opiate

@Help?!?! My tolerance is now 1mg sub (buprenorphine)/day, haven't done other opiatesin ages....

apart from needles, the best ROA? Oral, plugged...?

yes i know, and that is my point. it's a potent anti-depressant but a very weak painkiller, but that doesn't stop it from giving you opiate withdrawals

Call me anal and pedantic if you like but they are completely different substances, with very different effect profiles and dosages etc. This could lead to all manner of confusion and messy/dangerous misunderstandings if people arent paying close attention, or perhaps not as sober as a judge either. This could do with clearing up imo, hope im not ruffling any feathers with this obseravtion but the Other Drugs subforum usually manages to keep it's threads pretty much bang on topic. I dont think some people are even noticong that the thread is about Odt not Tramadol.

Iirc Tramadol is roughly 40 times less potent as an opiate recptor agonist than its metabolite; odt. For those pople with the required gentic profile to be good 'metabolisers' their livers can derive some opaitedness from Tramadol. I never could myslef, i only ever obtained one box of Tramadol and never went back for more. Odt however, is a different story entirely.

lol what's the main metabolite in tramadol? yeah, odt. so i think it's very reasonable to point out to people that may not know so much about this topic that just because you buy tramadol, it doesn't mean you're going to get the odt high......capeesh?
 
yyeah totally, it just aoppeared on a brief skim read that some people were using the wiiords interchanably,l like it is the sam rni
