Done 6 miles on the bike, chest press and squats. Did too much, I am not as fit as I thought I was. Need to start off slow, I've got a 20 a day habit. Shouldn't kid myself.
Also, I had no breakfast, and drank too much powerade. Blue watery sick right out of me nose. Bootiful.
You should have eaten before hand, at least something, and you gotta start somewhere. It sounds like you should have gone easier on yourself your first day getting back into the routine.
I'm not going to a gym at the moment, but am used to exercising well each day, and I wouldn't go from nothing to what I'm doing now - just not a smart idea.
