I'm not sure what the logic behind trying it was.

I would avoid alcohol with this, you likely wont even feel it, if anything maybe a drink or two?
And I've taken at a concert once, the come up i was a bit sketched but once i was up, I was fine around people.
I haven't heard of any combos with mdma, probably since it's kinda new but I did read a combo with 6-apb going terrible, although the amount of 25i taken was pretty intense even without the 6-apb. I'd approach with caution

Hey guys I posted this also in the 25C thread but I'm really in need of a quick answer so I figured I'd post it here as well:

"So I bought a few grams of (25C) freebase a little while ago and it arrived today safe and sound. However, I couldn't get to it at the time it came and had to have a friend pick it up. Problem is I just realized IT'S REALLY FREAKIN HOT where I live and it's likely been in his car all day cooking at 100+ degrees (and it's probably even more since it's in the car, the windshields magnify the heat and all that).

Please someone if you can give it to me straight - is my precious powder going to be all right? Or am I out for the hundreds of dollars I paid for it?"

I'm not sure if heat can affect purity or somehow degrade the substance, that's why I'm asking. I know blotter has to be stored at room temp, but I'm not at all sure what the powder can take!

EDIT: Actually was just updated by supplier it's the HCL salt version (it's kind of a crysaline solid). Had an additional question - is the HCL salt able to be HPBCD complexed to increase bio-availability during application (buccally) like the freebase is?

So I tried a combo of 500ug 25I and 300ug 25C today (on blotter, buccal admin). Mentally it wasn't much more than what I'd get on 800ug of 25I alone, though I did notice more music euphoria like what I got with my one time on 25C. The sucky thing though is I got waaaaay more vasoconstriction than I'd ever get on either substance alone. At one point the soles of my feet and my palms get reddish-purple and were very cold, and all day I've had lots of shooting pains in all of my joints. I've taken up to 1.3mg of 25I by itself and never had vasoconstriction anywhere near that bad. I won't be doing this combo again, the mental effects weren't too interesting at this level and it doesn't seem safe to take it to any higher dosages.

There is no point complexing the salt. The idea of complexing is to make it water soluble.

The NBOMe series should be pretty stable, not unlike the typical phenethylamines. Unless it was wet or there is visible degradation you should be fine.

Thank you. I have prepared my solution of 55 mg 25I / 17 ml vodka. This should be apx 150 mikes per drop and allow for percise dosing if I did this right. I am going to try 2 or 3 drops later this afternoon.

which roa is better? sublingual or buccal?

Be careful with stims and 25i-NBOMe (and i would assume other NBOMs as well). I was using street speed for a few days and I had plans to dose with a friend on the 4th and watch the shitload of fireworks he bought. I didn't get much rest for the days beforehand and was working really hard and in the really humid heat. (I was slamming water and powerade all day and still barely pissed). I had a bit over one day and one nights good rest in between my meth use and my planned trip on 25i. when the time came my muscles still ached, I had a bit of a headache and could feel some residual vasoconstriction from the speed . It was a heavier come Down than usual even tho I hadn't use a whole lot. I think it was the hard work in the heat that really made it hard. Anyways, I knew in the back of my mind that this probably wasn't the best time to be doing NBOMe compounds, knowing full well the risk of vaSoconstriction and similar side effects to what I was feeling, but how could I not be tripping as we light off these thousands of dollars worth of the best fireworks in town !? Stupid thinking on my part. About an hour and a half after dosing (drops into nose), I felt a tightening in my chest that began on my right side moving up the rib and coming to rest in the very center of my chest. It was so bad it hurt. I mentioned this to my friend just so he knew I was feeling something abnormal. This pain lasted throughout the night and into the next few days. My muscles were soooo tight! And looking straight up into the sky all night did not help matters. Also he had a lot of company, most of whom I didn't know. I suffer social anxiety in such groups as it is and this was 10x worse then how I would typically feel. It was basically on verge of panic attack the whole night. The feeling I was having in my chest was not helping my panic. My hands were also randomly getting tingley, cold and numb. By the end of the night my fingers were fully numb and hurt a bit. They got the feeling back later the next day but stil hurt especially when squeezed. I did not see the color of my limbs as we were outside in the dark other than some tikis. ugh and the headache and the tight jaw was also horrible. I kept catching myself massaging my jaws and temples. I had nearly no desirable effects either. this was only a dose of .5mg. I have used doses much higher (~2mg) with no such side effects. days later and my muscles still ache and ky sleep is way off. I knew better but didn't listen to myself and learned a valuableless and a message for those who choose to hear it and a warning for those who do not. be careful with these compounds especially awhen using anytime near speed use. has anyone had similar reactions ? scary to think of someone on adderall or similar and using this compound. maybe unknowingly, being the last 3 hits of 'acid' I've gotten from totally separate sources has been 25i-NBOMe (bitter, numb tongue etc). be safe

I think I may have fluffed the snorting a bit, leaving some in the tube but I don't *think* I did.

Edit: pretty sure I did indeed make a mistake, I do not think the tolerance gain is abnormal in respect of this.

Tolerence tends to vary from person to person, but typically I've read two weeks break to experience almost the same effects again. In my experience a month roughly is required for the same with a two week break being really weak. I can also say, I took a fairly strong dose of 2c-I the day after a very strong 25i trip (1mg, with a 6 week break from tripping) tripped balls but felt almost nothing from the 2C-I the next day.

I have a similar experience. I took 25i and aMT together, and tried 125mg of MDMA given to me by a friend. It didn't do jack shit, and I've gotten decent stuff from him before (nothing like the stuff from europe though). Just something to consider. I ended up spending the day snorting lines of 2c-b......what a pleasant bicycle day it was.


I am on 25i right now. It's been a while so I thought I'd give it another go. I took about 500ug with around 30mg of sublingual noopept and various herbs (ginkgo bilobo, ashwaganda, gotu kola, eleuthero, rhodiola, cannabis) and it is quite pleasant. I'm actually sitting in the middle of a busy starbucks right now and am in a fantastic mood. I don't remember such a mood lift. Still I am able to do my job search as I planned but now I have a nice visual sugariness on everything I look at.

Earlier before I left my house as it was really starting to hit me, I did notice some familiar elements from previous trips. The ability to seemingly perceive the very chemical messengers that my brain depends on for communication, and a general sense of being able to 'get to the root of things' as far as emotions, reactions, ideas, thought processes, etc. go. Something about the way it lights up my 5-ht network makes it possible to understand in much more real terms how the mind works. It is much more 'real world' than LSD; meaning I feel very grounded and still myself the entire time, while ideas I have apply much more to the ways I think about and react to things, rather than an overall cosmic perspective like I get on good ol' cid.

just created a 10x10 hit sheet using 25I HCl. very simple and no signs of accidental self-intoxication. heres what i did:

1) 350mg dissolved into 12mL of 75% vodka/everclear. This created approximately 30mg/mL quite easily and with almost no stirring or heat required. (i would assume concentrations up to 45mg could be made easily)
2) added a 1/3 drop of red food colouring to the preparation, giving it a faint red colour.
3) drew up 2mL and saturated the square to achieve ~600mcg/hit. During evaporation, the dispersal of the food colouring indicated the successful spread of the liquid/nbome.
4) sheet was suspended on a simple net made of a few strings of dental floss and left to dry for about 45min
5) soaking tray was rinsed with .2mL of liquid, and this was then added to the sheet, giving a VERY SLIGHT priority to areas that indicated less initial food colouring absorbtion.
6) sheet dries for an additional 60min and can safely be packaged away. food colouring is even across the back, giving it a distinct red colour but not changing the frontward-facing graphics of the blotter. This sets it apart from LSD or any other blotter-laid chemicals that i come across in my lab or in the labs of my good friends.

Damn there is so much information on this and it all seems amazing. Anyway, anyone have any allergic reactions to this? Would it be safe to assume that if you are not allergic to 2c-i, you would not be allergic to this compound?
