Yeah that seems good. Increase the 1000mg if it is tolerable and consider lowering the taurine and l-theanine if you are feeling tired. The biggest effect you'll notice from this mixture is increase in concentration.
If indeed you need a pharmaceutical agents, i would recommend phenylpiracetam as it can be obtained legally and easily online.

I’ve tried adjusting the doses so this:
1000mg Rhodiola
300mg Taurine
400mg Caffeine
150mg L-Theanine
I have to say, I have really noticed a positive difference. I’ve got so much stuff done at work, and at home. Even just being more on top of personal admin like getting thehouse clean,getting clothes washed and also stuff I’ve never done like.. iron all my clothes for the week ahead of time instead of all at once. And I’ve actually been able to engage in a conversation with the Mrs and actually HEAR what she is saying and keep up with the convo.
the only thing I’m finding though is I am crashing Big time as the days goes on. Like really big time. Slept like a baby last night but keep drifting off just typing this post. Is it safe to take more / redose later on or is it better to split up the dosing?
As For phenylpiracetam - got some on the way. Do I take this in addition to the above or cut out the supplements?
