Etizolam has a high affinity for the benzodiazepine subunit a2 & a3 which are specifically responsible for its potent Anxiolytic properties, while possessing less a1, a4, a5 which are responsible for sedation, hypnotic, anticonvulsant and has a reduced liability to enduce dependence and tolerance as compared to Lorazepam and other benzodiazepines (taken from a drug journal study on Etizolam)
Etizolam is licensed in Japan and I have been using it 15 years ago, and it’s dechlorinated analog, up until this day, simply amazing Theinotriazolodiazepine (Etizolam & Deschloroetizolam)
It’s a nutshell it’s a robust Anxiolytic with reduced sedation, memory loss, sleepiness hypnotic properties. Etizolam is similar to Alprazolam (Xanax) as they both possess a Triazolo ring which is said to cause its antidepressant, mood boosting properties
Etizolam is very euphoric, clear headed benzodiazepine which has significant Anxiolytic properties
Etizolam & Deschloroetizolam
Diclazepam (2-Chloro Diazepam)
Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam)
These benzodiazepines I currently use and have used off and on for 15-20 years and are/were Bomshell Benzo’s & analogs alike. Diclazepam was synthesized by the same polish chemist who synthesized Diazepam (Valium) and to me it’s easily the best Loooooong acting anxiolytic and safe slow tapering Benzo due to its extremely long half life, build up of its 3 active metabolites with repeat use, and is slow gradual clearance 250h roughly
It takes 48 hours for its main metabolite Delorazepam to reach peak serum levels in the bloodstream 78h half life, then lastly metabolizing into Lorazepam (Ativan) 12h half life ……AUC & c-max / T-max are all laid out online with images
