In eastern meds, hair loss among healthy people is associated with eating heating foods. Stimulants like caffeinated tea, coffee. Smoking is also linked to it, as are foods that are sour or deep-fried. Can you cross these all out?
If so, perhaps your thyroid is not in the best condition, as mentioned above. You could be either hypo- (iodine deficiency, pituitary compromise) or hyper-thyroidism (manifested by some measure of anxiety, difficulty with monthly period, etc.). Did your test detail anything about this?
Lastly, it may be a straight-up genetic condition. Do your parents/grandparents suffer from alopecia?
You can do warm oil massages on your head before shampooing. Encourage scalp circulation and try to eat wholesome food. You can also try to avoid chemical shampoos and product.
