Amoxicilin is a derivative of penicilin, which is nothing more than an antibiotic. mixing the two is not going to create any adverse side effects of any kind, nor is one going to neutralize the other. What you want to stay away from is other 'scripts, like narcotics (i.e. percocet, darvocet, tylox, tylenol w/ cod.). Mixing those aren't going to be harmful to you either, but from my own experience, and this is a fact, you will waste your money that you spent on pills if you take 'scripts like those I mentioned. If you are into pain killers for the off-beat buzz they give, take a break from them a couple of days before you plan to roll so the chemicals have time to escape your system. I wasted three good pills one nite, all becuz I took a couple of percocets the night before.
Enjoy your pills, my friend!
