Damn tragic.

I am really confused at the sudden prevalence of reports of people getting injected with drugs against their will at music events.

Either this is a real thing that has come from nowhere (which if the case I hypothesize that media coverage has spread the idea for others to do this, kind of in the way that mass shootings have become common).

Or, people are overdosing or too drunk and reporting getting injected due to a social boogeyman effect.

I personally wonder how easy it would be to inject somebody while dancing, and how long it would take to administer an im shot of an unknown substance.

Plenty of people report "needle marks" I wonder if there is a way to take a small tissue sample that would indicate what has been injected there.

Whatever happened a bunch of people died getting crushed by a panicking crowd, and that's awful.

If it turns out that someone WAS injecting people with drugs (it sure sounds like Fentanyl) they need to find that fucker...and torture him. Getting dosed happened a lot in the '60's and '70's, though that was usually acid or ludes... annoying, but rarely deadly.

Also, a lot of assholes show up at festivals just to make trouble. That's a given. They get wasted, and want to ruin shit for everyone else. It's really fucked up that people died when they just wanted to have a good time. Just fucking tragic.

.... Taking into account the money and power that loser Travis Scott has, this could very well just be the new narrative to avoid, well, causing 8 deaths and dozens of hopitalizations.
There were too many people and not enough security. But yeah, they'll find a way to sue Travis...which I have absolutely no problem with.

Sounds like a load of bullshit to me. These narratives of people being exposed to either drugs or communicable diseases by malicious elements in crowded environments (raves, festivals etc) have been around forever and it’s all bullshit basically.

there genuinely was someone going round poking people with needles in the town i'm from maybe a decade ago. it wasn't full of drugs, he was trying to infect people with HIV (which he had). so someone attacking with a needle isn't an alien concept to me, but giving away free drugs is.

sad story nonetheless.

It’s actually being treated as a real issue in the UK and there are something like 15 different police investigations across the UK into “needle spiking” with official statements from the government and all.

I hear nothing of people getting injected with drugs must be a cover up by the deepstate, right? idk

These narratives have been around forever because this shit has probably been happening forever. I'm sure that cavemen dosed each other...why? Because they were bored. Running from wooly mammoths made them antsy. Native Americans probably dosed Columbus when his back was turned. (Cheeky bastards!) The Boston Tea Party occurred because the original plan of dosing the Redcoats didn't pan out.

You're welcome.

we can all see rich and famous people like travis scotts are truly pieces of shit. He ingored the entire crowd crush and sung on and on and his security threanted to kick to death back into the crush cause of people tryna climb up platforms to escape it.

Travis scott sold his soul to the illumanti for riches and fame

The article you posted suggested people are getting injected subcutaneously (as an im injection would be felt). That would require somebody to walk up to somebody and pinch their skin into a tent before injecting over a handful of seconds. That is a pretty involved procedure to do do to somebody at a club without their noticing.
