We all know the day-after head rushes, right?
let me just tell you....
usually happens to me, every now and then, for a few seconds get dizzy...
BUT today, i'm telling you EVERY SINGLE F'N TIME i stood up, i got the MOTHER of all headrushes.... and i'm talking knock-you-on-your-ass, lose feeling in whole body, black-out totally, see stars, feel whole body vibrate and immobolize for at LEAST 30 seconds, momentarily paralyzed, come-to wondering how the *f* i got on the floor...
that's not good, huh?
not a head rush.... what do you call that, besides sever-cracked-out-ness?

I can't really say what causes the head-rush, but I can definitely relate to your story. I experienced head rushes like yours when I lived in germany. I think it has to do w/ speed,(the kind you snort in case you were wondering) dehydration, and no sleep.
I'll tell you my story. It was a sunday, a really really lazy sunday, and we had been home for quite a while. We had some of the best pure amphetamines I have ever had in my life. These amps were so good we were getting visuals on the autobahn on the ride home. NE ways the next morning we all went our seperate ways around 11:00am and I went to lay down. There was a knock at the door, I got up, and the next probably 30 secs seemed like 10 mins, started to walk to the door and about halfway I started getting THE worst headrush I have ever experienced. It started and just kept going, I opened the door and had to hold on to the handle and the refridgerator just to stay on my feet. I was sitting there trying to talk to this mover guy about my stuff that I was sending back to the states, and I was like convulsing and shit. It was really bad. I don't think its anything to worry about though.
PLUR!

I sometimes get the same thing. I went to the doctor for them. I was severly dehydrated. He put like 3 bags of IV fluid in me. Best thing to do from what I was told was to drink lots of water or gatorade. Dizzyness is one symptom of dehydration. Since E and other amphetmines cause you to lose water, your best bet is to replace it.

no medical advice here, just a little story. about a month ago i went to a party called black+blue. unreal party, took 3 blue loves (good pills, spread out over the night) and danced like no one was watching for 12 hrs. only problem, i got the worst post-e blues ever (for me). i was depressed for 6 days, and i had headrushes for about the same amount of time. not the crazy, knock you on your ass rushes you're describing, but annoying little 5 second one that came about every 2 minutes. it felt like my brain was blinking. well, not much help, but i can relate.

yo!
sounds like you might have a lack of blood in your system! I used to get similar effects when i was young and the doctor said i was low on blood. Try taking some Iron suplements.
Hope it helps.

Hey E-girl!
This happens to me all the time. When I get these head rushes - I have to hold onto something cause I feel like I'm going to collapse and I can't even see for about 30 seconds. It has a lot to do with dehydration and poor diet. This happened to me a lot when I was in college - I was a cheerleader and was always running around and not eating + trying to drop weight. Now, especially after a night partying this happens for the same reason - I'm dehydrated and not eating right. E totally kills my appetite, but I try to force myself to eat at least little meals and guzzle down some water. When I do this doesn't happen as much.
Take care and play safe!

Thanks probably it. seems like when the weekend comes, i never get around to eating. and so busy with school and cheerleading and whatnot that when i DO eat, it's not much.... i'm a small girl...only weigh about 90 pounds. so it probably has everything and then some to do with my horrible horrible diet.
don't think i was dehydrated, i was drinking water like a fish all night.
maybe my brain leeked out or something.

Try drinking 3 glasses of milk the next day after you role, the fat is good for you and it nourishes your body big time.
***REMEMBER, IF YOU DONT' WANT TO LOOK LIKE A SKINNY CRACKHEAD AND MAINTAIN NORMAL WEIGHT LEVELS ALWAYS DRINK 2-3 GLASSES OF MILK AND A BOWL OF ICE-CREAM THE NEXT DAY AFTER YOU ROLE. IF YOU CANT SMOKE SOME WEED AND YOU'LL BE HIT OFF WITH THE MUNCHIES***
GOOD LUCK E-GIRL

Happened to me maaaannnny times. I don't even have to ask, and I can tell you that you're doing too much at a time.
I got to the point of doing 8-12 every other weekend (very dumb, and I don't do that any more), but I would have the "dizzies" for 2 weeks.
For whatever reason, DLPA seems to help, but bud makes it worse. Must be a neuro-receptor thing.
Take a month or 2 or 3 off, and you'll be amazed at 1) How much better you feel and 2) how much less it takes to roll.

Do you still cheer? I graduated last year from college before discovering E. I would have definitely been peppier had I been rolling! *LOL*
