I bought a fancy new device that measures blood pressure and pulse for (health reasons - my cholesterol/weight is gr8 but i have high bp).

Anyone whose seen my posts would know i like oxycodone - a lot i take a considerate amount some days combined with a lot of differebt benzos ( i know asking for trouble) but i've been taking benzos for many years and have high opiod tolerance.

Anyone back to the device - would it be usefull in keepi g within safe limits - i've been put on big amounts of iv .morphine in hospital and i know too much = A SHARP FALLIN BP.

Bottom line is would monitoring my bp regularly be of assistance to using high amont of oxy safely - as in potentially prevent an overdose.

Please excuse my typos i wrote this onmy phone and my keyboard is tweaking out.

Do you mean would it be a good idea to check your blood pressure in order to decide whether or not it's safe to take more? I certainly would not rely on it and I don't think it would prevent an overdose.

It could be a good idea to measure your blood pressure and heart rate and call for help if they got too low though.

Things like respiratory rate, oxygen saturation and sedation level are more important for monitoring for a potential opioid/benzo overdose. Please don't think that monitoring your BP/pulse is going to make using large amounts of oxy or mixing oxy and benzos any safer, or that if your BP/pulse are fine that means it's safe to take more. And I doubt you are going to be constantly measuring BP/pulse.

Also what ROA are you using for these drugs?

not really.

truth is ..opiates mixed with benzos are probably going to
diminish your healthly inclinations..although i'm sure the machine won't hurt.
i don't see the likelihood of follow-through. sorry.

keeping track of your use mixed with
stop mixing cns depressants would be your best bet.

Very true. For example, at exactly what BP would you decide to call 911? You'd probably still be unsure of whether it was serious enough to go to the hospital and hesitant to call. I think if you OD it's more likely you'd just pass out before checking your BP anyway.
