Your mileage WILL vary, but here are my chronological experiences :
Fluoxetine (can't recall, maybe 60mg?) less boners, trouble reaching orgasm, ejaculation without orgasm
Sertaline (100mg, 150mg) see above. either one or both made me more irritable.
Duloxetine (60mg, 120mg, 180mg) - no sex drive with more want for sex, really. Trouble becoming aroused, trouble reaching orgasm, going further lengths for sexual gratification.
Moclobemide (300mg, 600mg, 900mg, 1.2g, 1.5g) slight change in mood between 600-900mg, strange (and bad) state of mind from too much SERT or NE at 1g<
120mg dulo, 600-900mg moc ) no more effective than moclobemide on it's own
Mirtazapine (15mg, 30mg, 45mg, 60mg, one dose of .3g) didn't notice any positive mood changes, I was too lethargic and out of it to have known though.
After the mirt. my psych refused to rx me tranylcypromine.
Though dexamp would have a better side effect profile than the older MAOIs, my rx history is available to any doctor in the country so I have about 1% chance of getting an rx.
I could try another psych for an MAOI, but just the knowledge that it's much more dangerous than another available medicine irritates me further.
I don't have it in me to fuck around with this malevolent system.
