worried my neck is numb

my usual dose of oxycontin is 60mg. I usually don't get the chance to do much more, but today I ended up with double that. I waited an hour after the first 60 figuring that would be enough time passed to do the other 60. I am an IV user aswell. Anyway after I started to get a good nod of the 2nd 60, I woke up barely able to breath, drooling, and in a panic. I regained my composure, my heart rate slowed back down, and I feel fine except for a slight headache. I will never do so much oxy again without someone else there for support. The only thing wrong with me now is the whole right side of my neck is numb - from the bottom of my ear to the top of my peck. It doesn't hurt, but I'm afraid I might have had a mild stroke. and I don't know if this numbing will get worse, better, or never go away. It's been numb for over three hours now. I hope somebody reading this learns from my mistake. Any advice on what I should do guys??

If you were slumped over nodding you probably just need to let the circulation return to your shoulder/neck area. I doubt very much you've had a TIA. Give it till the morning & I'm sure you'll feel better.
