Okay, so seriously:

Why does my personal trainer need to wear me the fuck out before 8am that now I can't do shit for the rest of the day now. I am broken. You get a personal trainer to show you how to work out not to make you hate working out. That bitch made me fuckin hate my hour of working out. I have carried my own body weight in every muscle group. I am dead...............

I am in excellent shape as long as I don't eat, it makes me look like I am in shape. I weigh 102 pounds, 5'3 height and 10.5% fat. So ideally, I look good but I don't work out. To change my habits, I am trying to eat more and work out. So now I hate working out so much that I am considering not eating again.

Working out is good for stress and that's honestly why I am doing it. Not to be exhausted for the rest of the day. Should I tell her that I am trying to work-out and not be so miserable? or let her do her job by pushing me?

i mean this in the nicest way possible but if you really want to work out and get a shape you cant be a little bitch about it. its gonna hurt. but to be honest i really enjoy the endorphin release i get when im really busting my ass working out.

Working out is not supposed to be easy.

However, it should be enjoyable.

Too many people can't make the distinction between the two and end up focussing solely on enjoyment and neglecting the potential efficacy of their workout by only using the machines, doing specific exercises they find easy to do, using incorrect form and the list goes on.

Don't not eat just to stay in shape. That isn't healthy at all and is the wrong way to go about things. You need to eat, but with an appropriate calorific-requirement regime and only consuming decent, healthy, proper food.

Working out is difficult, and your personal trainer is simply pushing you because not only is that her job, but that's what working out is all about. However, if she is truly pushing you beyond excess and it's making you resent the gym the that's totally the wrong way to go about it. Here is what to do:

Review your diet, eating cleanly as possible with correct macronutrient and calorie intake. Eat plenty of fats and protein. Base your diet on fruit, veg, nuts, fish and chicken.
Stick at the regime for another week at least until you start to feel a bit more comfortable and fit.
Speak to your personal trainer if it's really pushing you to excess to the point where you are seriously hating it. But be careful not to confuse this with just find it hard because it's a hard workout.
Possibly move your workout time to later in the day.

How long have you been using this personal trainer and how long have you been working out?

Remember:
Tears are acceptable.
Blood is acceptable.
Vomit is acceptable.
Quitting is never acceptable.

Each and every time you slug it out in the gym and stick at it, you are getting stronger and stronger both mentally and physically. You will eventually come to love it.

Take care

Why don't you schedule your workouts for after work so you can go home and rest? I myself love exercising but I would absolutely hate it and dread it if I had to do it before I went to work. I'd be exhausted too. I personally find it more of a stress reliever when I come home and exercise at the end of my day. Then I'm nice and worn out to fall asleep.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, so long as you're consistent your body will quickly adapt to the routine your trainer is having you do.

This process can take a week or two, or if you're already very experienced as an athlete- a few days. Nothing beats overcoming a tough process.

while you are working out each time, think of the first, and second, and third times you had sex, right up to your last best sexual experience *)

point is you got better at sex the more you did it, your body will get better at working out the more you do it, stick with it babe im envious of you

keep thinking of sex when you workout and let me know how it goes if we dont speak otherwise 8)

Maybe you should look into what exercise you actually like to do.. I doubt you really need a PT, most of them are retards anyways. What are your goals?

I agree with 'Attempt4' - this should/will be difficult, but it shouldn't be so difficult that you hate it. *Yes, stick with it a BIT more.

You have hired this PT (right?) so you are giving him/her this job. If you are disliking your workouts SO much that you are considering starving yourself to lose weight (not a grand idea... at all) - then talk with your trainer. Let her know that you DO want to lose weight, but that currently you're feeling 'this way' and 'that way'. I'm sure she has heard this before, and even probably experienced feeling where you're at, herself.

Talk with her! Let us/me know what is discussed/how it goes.

My current fitness goals are: get toned, relieve stress, eat regularly and not have to worry about my weight. I have struggled with my weight for quite sometime. I don't think anyone really knew how much I have skipped meals and threw up to be able to remain so thin. I think I have a natural fast metabolism.

Damn that sounds like a nightmare...............I might as well go into the military to get into shape. Yeah, my diet is pretty messed up. I either don't eat or eat like crap (ice cream, brownies, cookies, chips). Because I am skinny, I get away with the yo you diet. My goals for excercising is to get into a healthy fit. I recently got severally sick with an infection due to a low "IMMUNE SYSTEM". I even got tested for HIV to make sure I was negative because they said a healthy person doesn't get sick that fast like I was. so, I had to eat........I am eating a really healthy diet right now managed by a nutrients. She even have spend some time with me in the kitchen teaching me to make new meals. I am moving some where new and I am thinking about hiring another personal trainer. I guess I understand your comments about their job is to push you and motivate you.

Very true.....I would never viewed it like that. Sex definitely took some practice to perfect the experience.

Ive recently gone on a bit of a health kick myself, used to smoke myself into a stupor every day, drink too much coke and ate like crap.

Im battling cigarettes now, am eating a lot better but still some room for improvement and not smoking till later in the day, and drinking more tea juice and water rather than 'sodas' and getting a bit more exercise, and I honestly easily notice the difference in generally how good I feel at any random point in time, and specifically at times like I have to climb stairs or fuck someone *P Cigarettes still killing me tho but Ill have them beat when Im not living with a smoker Im confident.

Dont rush it, baby steps, drastic change is a shock, slow and steady yada yada but above all just keep it up regularly even if you back off a little bit, your supposed to be relieving stress also, and you are stressing about in itself (at least a lil bit *)

Zombie Apocalypse rule#32, Enjoy the little things.

I can't tell if you're joking or not with the thinking that working out 'sounds like a nightmare' comment!
But I don't think there's much I can do to help you on the working out front if you are comparing the gym with military training and see it as too much like hard work, sister!
It ain't meant to be easy. It's meant to be tough...that is the whole point! Though like I said, I don't know if you are just complaining at having to do something a bit strenuous or if she really is pushing you too hard, though I highly doubt she is pushing you like a slave-driver. But if you're moving and getting a new PT then none of this matters.
Nobody enjoys the first times they hit the gym because they are unfit, they find it hard and struggle. But they use their prospective memory to weigh the pro's and con's and realise that it has to be done. Eventually, they get used to it, and start, dare I say, enjoying it.

The "low immune system" is of course due to your body not getting the nutrients it needs, but you are addressing that issue so that's great.

EAT BETTER and eat plentifully.
Stick at the working out. Don't just use easy machines and don't quit because it's too difficult. Kinda defeats the point.

Take care ALTGIRL

Your paying her. You should get what you want for your money

As a personal trainer I wouldn't be offended if a client wanted to switch things up...your supposed to. Then again I'm not all high and mighty cause I took some classes and passed a certification, like some people are. I'd bring it up and if it's really a problem, get a new one
