I'd occasionally get forced to join the Ex in one of her "classes" at the gym (why do ladies love the classes?). Spinning and AbsBlast™! sort of thing. It never went well for me. Especially abs. I mean, say you can do fifty crunches. Hey, not bad! Well, there's a half hour left . . .

Erik, you must get out more. Also, if you've ever had to make dozens of tamales for christmas, mashing manteca into your masa, you'd know an abeula's forearms could crush rock. Women are the ones who make that hot sauce. Also also they probably just add the lard in batches, not all at once like I always do.
