So i took for 3 years adhd meds with the substance methylphenidate.
I stopped coz I dont need it anymore kinda but i feel very tired and lethargic.
I stopped 3days ago so I guess it gets better but I feel also like there is no pleasure anymore

Methylphenidate is much less neurotoxic than amphetamine, which also needs to be used for long time with the precribed doses to cause any long-lasting changes that could be verified (the research implying changes on prescribed doses has not been yet replicated AFAIK). If you have not daily reached to ultra-high doses I would expect satisfying recovery.

Relax my dude it's only been three days give it a few weeks you'll be fine. I was on methylphenidate for over a decade you just have a bit of a rebound period after coming off it is all.

Doesn't matter, and 120mg is high, but not that high. It's methylphenidate not meth.

I'm familiar with methylphenidate as ADHD med, only one with some generic Mefeda which is copy of osmotic Concerta 36mg 2x daily
That means that in one month two boxes of 36mg are prescribed to me and I always take the whole box in couple days (abusing as that is only way to enjoy or to be hyperfocused, or tunnelvision for working after which comes softer crash mediated with l-tyrosine and NAC

for NAC- i hated it as I got 100x100 from my moms from Geermany as her fam doc saw that she has fixation on acetaminophen or paracetamol, so the strange energetic but also anhedonic feeling always present with daily dosing but it restores magic deff for serotogenic drus also.

What am trying to say thata mpg is soft and not neurotoxic as amphs which is mentioned by someone here and......
I
now am without it and actually took mdma and 1plsd and am flying and I never what the f.....Interstellar baybe ;), Going to see some ladies bye

dont worry MPH is like NOOOO WAYYY! bye

Yes, your brain will recover. The brain is incredibly plastic and it takes a LOT to actually 'damage' it with drugs. Methylphenidate activates certain receptors in your brain that change the way the neurons in your brain fire. When a receptor is activated by a neurotransmitter (or a drug like methylphenidate) it's sensitivity drops temporarily and if it continues to be activated (because of the methylphenidate) it'll basically be absorbed into the neuron itself so it can't be activated at all. This is how tolerance to drugs works.

Once you stop taking methylphenidate though this reverses. The receptors that have downregulated pop back out (as there's no artificial powerful activator that suppresses them flooding the brain) and their sensitivity returns to normal. The only 'long term' changes to your brain would be the way it's wired/the connections between different areas of your brain (the fear/emotional response center of your brain, the amygdala is often connected too strongly to the default mode network and other regions of the brain in people with ADHD who have been on stimulants for a long time, which is the network in your brain that is engaged when you're just chilling/not doing anything).

Additionally people with ADHD that need stimulants will often lack the strong connections between networks that allow for centralized emotional regulation. But these are totally reversible with therapy. These connections aren't permanent; they're just the result of your brain not using them enough/using them too much (everytime a connection between 2 neurons transmits a signal, it becomes stronger, so it's a positive feedback loop of dysfunctional patterns of thought the longer you struggle for). You fix this typically with stuff like cognitive behavioral therapy, it's hard but totally doable.

TLDR; no your brain isn't fucked. You're going through a temporary withdrawal syndrome. You're tired because the neurotransmitters in your brain that stimulate you and give you motivation/reward are not receiving their usual level of activation. They will increase in number and sensitivity over the next couple of weeks and you'll be feeling better then. Hang in there.
